Do you offer telephone support?

At present, we do not offer telephone support. If we provided telephone support we would not be able to offer the hosting plans at such competitive prices.

This is why we offer a free trial – it will allow you to fully assess the level of complexity of the product and decide if it will suit your needs prior to making any financial commitment.

Support for all our plans is available via our support system - this system ensures that you question will be answered by one of our technical staff rather than a call centre operator reading from a predefined script.
